2016 Winnebago Minnie Winnie Drop 170S
We found this beauty in 2024. This Minnie Drop was brand new and had been hidden in an air plane hangar since it was purchased in 2016. It had never been to a campground. We purchased for a bit of a retreat. We had people living with us and we needed a place to retreat when our house and life were seemingly out of control. We have used this camper approximately 6 to 10 trips. The shower has never been used. We used the campground facilities.
The mattress has been upgraded to the Elfreda Queen Mattress, 12 inch Pillow Top Innersprings Hybrid Mattress in a Bag, Hotel-Level Memory Foam & Pocket Spring Medium Firm Supportive Pressure Relief Queen Size 80" L x 60" W.

Rear Bath: Unlike many teardrop trailers, the 170S includes a surprisingly spacious private rear bathroom with a shower, toilet, and wardrobe storage.
Slide-Out Dinette: The slide-out expands the living area to offer a dedicated dining space that doesn't require converting the main bed every morning.
Construction: Features a one-piece fiberglass roof, high-gloss fiberglass sidewalls, and an aerodynamic retro shape.
We have all original manuals, original receipt, and all paperwork. The trailer was winterized and stored inside during the two winters we have had the trailer. All cushions are still vacuum packed for winter storage inside our home and ready to put in place. The mattress is also inside and covered as well.
We added plastic drawers in the bathroom closet which are easily removed.
