2022 Keystone Hideout 28RKS One Owner Clean California Title

Well-maintained, one-owner 2022 Keystone Hideout 28RKS with a clean California title.

This trailer was purchased new, towed from Bakersfield to Lakeport, and has otherwise not traveled. It has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, recently waxed in preparation for sale, and exterior trim has been replaced where needed. Trailer has two brand new batteries. All major systems are available for demonstration during inspection.

Rear Kitchen Floorplan

One of the best features of this trailer is the spacious rear kitchen. It provides a comfortable, functional space for preparing meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, generous cabinet storage, and plenty of countertop workspace.

The large slide-out opens the living area considerably and includes a dinette that seats four along with a comfortable two-person sofa, creating an inviting space to relax after a day outdoors.

Outdoor Features

The power awning creates a comfortable outdoor living area complete with a built-in two-burner cooktop, exterior refrigerator, LED lighting, and outdoor speakers. A large pass-through front storage compartment offers ample room for camping gear, chairs, hoses, and other equipment. The electric tongue jack makes hitching and unhitching quick and easy.

Shortly after purchase, a loose plumbing fitting beneath the bathroom sink allowed water to trickle down the supply lines at moments of peak water pressure. The fitting was repaired within the first few weeks of ownership and has remained leak-free ever since. The only remaining evidence is cosmetic swelling of the baseboard beneath the bathroom vanity. The floor is solid.

During the first rainy season after purchase, I found a very small amount of water on the bedroom floor near a window. I was never able to determine the exact source. There is no apparent damage, no soft flooring, and I have had no structural concerns. As a precaution during winter storage, I covered that section of the trailer with a tarp over the past several seasons.

Overall, this is a clean, well-cared-for trailer that has spent nearly its entire life waiting for someone to enjoy it. It is ready for its next owner.
