This particular floor plan is desirable because when the couch is extended, the living/ entertainment/ dining area is quite spacious, and includes the drivers/ passenger seats rotate around if needed. Another big feature is it has a lot of storage area, both inside and out. Outside there is an outdoor built-in table, a propane gas port for grilling or heater, plus an outdoor tv, all under the awning! It seemed the right combination of being not too long or not too small but very capable.
