2018 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 35e (26,000 Miles ) with Michelin tires replaced in 2024. Chassis and house batteries replaced in 2026. Most recent service May 2026.

This RV is great for family trips with seatbelts for 9 and sleeping for 8, including master bedroom, 2 bunks (with individual DVD players), a drop down Queen above the drivers seat, and a pullout couch.
The washer/dryer combo keeps packing light and is great after a day of swimming. The bathroom has a comfortably large shower and plenty of storage.

The kitchen features a residential refrigerator and a three burner gas stove as well as microwave.

The A/C has kept up for us in the heat of both Florida and New Mexico, and the accessory diesel heater has kept us warm in the New England spring and fall.

An outdoor TV and stereo make for great movie nights. The two slides open up for a comfortable living space and private bedroom.

Three built-in cameras camera help keep an eye out all around the RV and monitor your tow vehicle. An external wide angle camera is great for backing up and keeping an eye on your tow vehicle.

There's plenty of storage underneath for all your camping needs and the diesel engine is strong. Onboard generator and solar for boondocking. 90 gallon fuel and 85 gallon freshwater tanks.

Washer/dryer and onboard hot water heater (runs on both electric and propane).

Everything is in working order and ready to go camping!
