The Good:

Clear Texas title, registration current until May 2027. Low mileage, ready to drive, really clean interior with 3 Tv's, 2 Dvd players, Bose radio, Direct Tv box (requires subscription), roof air and cabin air cold, all lights work inside and out, generator runs good, propane tank over half full.

The Bad: Back wall has moisture damage, refrigerator was replaced with all electric by previous owner, tires are low mileage, but six years old, some slide out seals need to be replaced, awning has a small tear at the top, the starting battery and Two house batteries are several years old, dash mounted cd and cassette player works but is old. ABS light(anti lock brake) comes on at random times.

The Ugly: Original owner had a business wrap on the exterior and had the Coachmen vinyl graphics removed leaving everything white, chrome on front grille chrome starting to bubble.
