RV Description

send an offer. We need to sell as soon as possible.
Our story with it:
My wife and I bought the rv in April of 2022, and lived in it till November of 2024. It was bought and moved to the lot where it sits now and hasn't been moved since. We decided that we wanted to remodel the inside and removed a bunch of cabinets that made the kitchen feel so small. We also removed a few cabinets in the bedroom to help open it up. We also painted the whole place and replaced most of the flooring throughout the rv. There were multiple different components that went out over the few years we lived in it and we replaced them with mostly brand new replacements. The fridge is unfortunately is not a brand new replacement due to the refrigerator no longer being produced. We made it a practice to run the rv motor and generator motor monthly to help everything not to seize up. But we did just recently try to start up the generator and it is turning over just not quite starting up. Probably just needs the carburetor cleaned. We decided when winter came along to invest in a skirting to help hold heat better and it did a great job. The owners before us took care of it pretty well. They put a new roof on it and it has held up great for us. They also put brand new tires on it. We bought a car dolly for it and ended up never using it. The furnace worked great the whole time we owned it.
This rv is definitely not in perfect shape but we have done our best to take care of it. There is some rust around the storage bins underneath and the hydraulic stabilizers have never worked while we owned it. I did replaced the transmission cooler in front of the radiator about 3 months ago. I also found a brake line leak and just got it replaced.
We are looking to sell it because we are now living in a house and no longer use it.
For being a 2004 it is in pretty good shape, it could use a bath. So if you're interested in it, come take a look and give us an offer.
