Some of the things I've upgraded/added to this unit are as follows:
-New tires Oct 2025 - Advanta AV3200T ST235/80R16, G-rated, Date codes 2725 and 2825
-TireMinder Smart TPMS. (Also has Ram OEM internal TTPMS that works well when it does, requires frequent re-pairing to dash board)
-165AH LiTime Lithium battery
-Kitchen ceiling fan/light (120vac) added, 12vdc pendant lights replaced with flush lights.
-Winegard GW-1000 Gateway to pair with rooftop Gateway Air 360+ dome antenna.
-CAT-6 cable from pass through storage to GW-1000 for Starlink WLAN input.
-Coleman-Mach brand soft starts on all 3 air conditioners.
-Carpeted front compartment with rubber edge grommets on exposed steel edges.
-Wheel bearing repack with new seals (will be completed by July 2026.)
-Watchdog PWD50-EPO Surge protector (Semi-Hardwired)
-Renogy bluetooth Battery Shunt and Renogy solar charge controller bluetooth module.
-Snap-pads on four rear jacks and Anderson buckets for landing gear.
-Additional LED dimmer controls for some lights.
-Alliance swivel base for dining table. Was not standard for 2024 models.
-ONNAIS door lock. Keypad/Keys/Remotes
-Extend-a-Stay propane connection on door side tank

Items not included in the sale that may appear in the attached photos:
-The hitch mount toolbox is not included..
-The Ram OEM trailer camera is not included. (It only works on a RAM with the correct tow package)
-Ladder mounted flag pole bracket and spot light is not included.
-Any items that did not come from Alliance and are not listed in upgrades listed above are not included.
