This "All-Electric Coach" configuration was introduced by Tiffin as a completely new premium optional add-on for the 2023 model year. The mechanical setup shifts significantly on these rare all-electric units: There is no propane tank - coach is powered by the lithium coach batteries, a 2,000 watt pure sine wave inverter and the 3.2 kW diesel generator. Cooktop is induction. Heating system is a diesel-fired Elwell Timberline Hydronic Heating System which pulls diesel directly from the Mercedes chassis fuel tank to provide both the coach heat and on-demand hot water. Mercedes engine is, of course, diesel (24.4 gallons). Boondock all you want just using your solar and/or diesel.
