This luxury Grand Design is in top condition and provides a spacious living area with slide-outs on opposite sides, so the room widens tremendously. The prep and washing island in the middle is ideal to walk around and work on multiple sides together. The two recliners have seat heating, floor lights and a massage option - so cool! Opposite of them is the fireplace that lets out warm air to heat the room even without putting the tailer heater on. The two ACs are very effective too and cool down the trailer on hot days in no time. The huge fridge and freezer combo provide space for a lot of food on long days of camping.

The bathroom has a nice big shower that closes tight, a porcelain toilet and a corner sink, and enough storage for towels etc. The third slide-out is in the separate bedroom with a comfortable queen mattress and an extra latex layer on top. Night stands on both sides and lots of drawers and closets to lay down and hang up clothes and store other items are well designed. Also the bed lifts up for even more storage.

The great benefit of having a 5th wheeler from Grand Design is the amount of window space that makes the trailer inside so bright and even more spacious. Blinds darken fully for a good night sleep. Outside are two awnings for shade around the trailer and the outside storage has lots of room for outdoor lounge chairs and other equipment. Everything is in great condition and was always handled with love and care. We never used outdoor shoes inside and deep cleaned everything after each camping trip to start the new adventure in a brand new looking rolling home.
