This bus is priced to sell! Full time family of four that just had our third kid and are forced to move onto a bigger rig.

2010 Blue Bird All American converted school bus, totally off-grid 2,200 watts of renogy solar panels and 600 amp hours of Dakota Lithium. 99,800 miles on a Cummins 8.3 motor.

This has been our family of 4s full time home for the past 5 years and a reliable rig. Its taken us up and down the coast from Florida to Maryland each year as well as a trip to Maine, Michigan and California.

Selling because we have a 3rd kid and the bus is just too small for our family now. Its been featured in tiny home tours and can be seen in detail on instagram if you search for @parkinglotpirates.

Brand new tires last year, a full service and just cleaned the exhaust filters as well as replaced the airlines and fuel lines. Only problems weve ever had with it are some electrical issues with the dashboard where the digital screen flickers on and off as well as some sensors we had to get replaced.

We kept the belt driven A/C units that come stock so you have A/C when you hit the road and have an RV A/C in the living room for when youre sitting still although that could be changed out.

The bus is fully skinned and insulated with Havelock wool so its great at holding in the cold air during the summer and warm air during the winter, the heating system is a grizzly mini wood stove which is MORE than enough.

Some more additions worth mentioning is a bright outdoor light, a house door with a lock, deep sink, 3 burner cooking top with oven, a propane instant water heater, a live edge river table with mahogany seating that doubles as storage, two U.S. naval submarine bunk beds that lift up for storage. 100 gallon fresh water tank, 65 gallon grey water tank, composting toilet with the pre tube running directly to the gray water, 2 massive under storage compartments that have been welded together, a rear flat tow set up and a front hitch for additional storage crate as well as surfboard:paddle board rack on the roof.
