I am the third owner, purchased in June 2017 with 80,000 miles from Second owner who purchased from a professional sports team owner in 2005. 116,559 miles on coach. 3 slides, mid entry, Detroit Series 60 diesel engine and runs excellent. 20KW Generator has 2,462 hours and will go to 12,000hrs with good maintenance.

Subzero refrigerator and freezer, 2 burner induction stove, heated floor, stackable washer and dryer, Hyrdalift motorcycle/golf cart lift is removable and allows for towing a vehicle in addition to bringing a golf cart or motorcycle on a trip.

During my ownership I have replaced the following items: Radiator and charge air cooler, hydro heating system, front windshield, dishwasher, microwave, toilet (has two bathrooms), carpet, LED light upgrade, water pump (drinking water), dishwasher, garbage disposal, new ride solenoids, ride levelers, front sway bar, two smart TV's, front driver's seat, new bed mattress.

Newell maintains a free 800 concierge service for all new and used Newell's to assist with any help to keep your Newell on the road and answer any questions and repairs needed for their coaches. I used this service a few times when I needed help with systems. I took the coach to the repair facility in Miami Oklahoma, and they did a lot of maintenance and upgrades on this coach while we were allowed to stay in our coach inside the facility. It was nothing short of a great experience in getting to know our coach.

The coach has a ton of storage under the coach with slide outs to make it easy to store large heavy objects. The 200-gallon fuel tank gets you over 1300 miles on one tank and will cruise at highway speed with no effort or bumps. The Minimizer driver air ride seat is the best in the industry and besides taking a bathroom break, it would be easy to drive indefinitely in that seat. Leveling is done by airbags.

I have driven this coach from the west coast to the east coast and from Washington to California numerous times without a problem. It is the next best thing to taking your home with you in full luxury.
