I also have a tow dolly that folds up for storage and has had the wheels and tires upgraded to a larger size for less flats.

In the photos there are descriptions of the modifications that were made to this Coach. We used it for our business and have owned it since about 2024. My brother was traveling in it since he bought it and modified it for efficiency, comfort and enjoyment. The previous owner kept it stored in an AIRPLANE HANGER.
NEW PARTS: Michelin tires, radiator, AC system rebuilt, freshly coated roof with Tuscon Rubberized Coatings best product-2 layers of the fabric membrane and 4 coats of roof coating on top of the fabric.
Rebuilt rear LEAF SPRINGS with an additional leaf added.
New tile backsplashes in the kitchen and bathroom fall 2025.
Slideout topper awnings are all new in 2024
Interior fluorescent lights are replaced with flat panel LED's to add brightness and use less energy.
New Furnace motor installed 2024- works great now
Reinforced and stiffened frame to prevent body flex and the windshield from popping out.
4-365W solar panels, midnight solar 150 charge controller outputting 96 amps charge into the 12V battery bank. 1120amp hour LiFePO4 battery bank- 4 individual 280ah Lithium Iron Phosphate battery packs. 1 pack is removable for portable usage. Spare 3000W low frequency inverter to use with the portable box.
My brother passed away unexpectedly so we are selling his prized possession. He traveled often chasing his photography passion and enjoyed this Coach more than his Monaco he had prior to this one.
