This will come with the first year factory warranty as we bought this new from the dealer two months ago and thus it still has its factory warranty for bumper to bumper for the next 10 months. We can transfer the ownership to the buyer. We took it on one trip and life happened and we can no longer travel. The only issue with the motorhome is it has a sticky draw that will be fixed by any Coachmen dealership and is under warranty.
