Purchased new from Luxe in Feb 2022. Drove it from Indiana to our park in Texas. We moved parks a couple times within the Ft Worth area and lived full time until we completed building our retirement house in July 2025. Less than 1200 miles on frame, tires, brakes etc. Roof completely resealed professionally in Sept 2025. Slides, tires, etc all kept lubricated and protected. All suggested preventative maintenance done (filter replacements, hot water heater decalcification, sealant inspections etc).
No holes in the soft touch walls, cared for very well and it shows.
Weve lived in the 100 degree plus humid Texas heat and the single digit freezing temps for three full seasons and weve always been able to have the entire coach at what ever temp we want for comfort. With two furnaces and three ACs and a fireplace in the living room, weve been quite comfortable year around. With the heaters on the fresh water tank and gray and black tanks weve never had frozen lines. A real tribute to the quality of construction of the LUXE.

No known nicks, dents, damage, scrapes etc on interior or exterior of coach.
