For sale is our KZ 231RK Fifth Wheel camper, this little guy is only 24'6" long overall and has an empty weight of 6100 lbs. Tows easy. We have added a love seat/recliners for comfort in place of the fold out loveseat. The recliners have built in independent heat/massage and USB ports. When recliners fully extended you are able to walk through living area. The living room has an updated TV. We have added a few features to the restroom for convenience. The bedroom has double closet space with ample room, two over the bed cabinets and a TV has been added. The shower is located in the bedroom and has a curtain to pull for privacy. A memory foam has been added to the bed very comfortable! KItchen has all the modern conveniences. Nice amount of cabinet space. The refrigerator works on both gas & electric, we have used on both. Stove & oven both work. Everything works as it should. Controls on camper are all electric, & located inside the entry door. Only item that doesnt work correctly on the control monitor is the black tank. It reads ¾ full even on empty, weve never had any issues. All sewage & water connections will be included with camper. Camper has new awning & a new roof. Tires were purchased Feb 2025 & have less than 2000 miles on them.

We are the second owners, we purchased this two years ago. We are selling because of health issues. This is a great camping buddy! User friendly!!
