Camper comes with everything needed to camp. (Electric cords with adapters, surge protector, fresh water hose, black water hose, sewer hose with adapters, leveling blocks, x-chocks, wheel chocks, 2 propane tanks, 2 deep cycle batteries, drill/tools for setup/teardown, large mat for underneath awning, power tongue jack.

EXTRAS AND UPGRADES
2 tvs, double bike rack, Goodyear endurance tires, new leaf springs, new brakes, power tongue jack replaced 2 seasons ago, double lazy boy recliner with end tables/drawers, 7 display back up camera, Tire pressure monitoring system, Anderson weight distribution hitch, roof conditioned and resealed 2 seasons ago (sealant is still pliable).

OVERALL DESCRIPTION
We are the 2nd owners of this camper. Original owners bought it new and it was stored inside temperature controlled storage when not in use from 2019 to 2023. We purchased in 2023 and camper has been stored outside (covered) when not in use. Camper has never had any leaks, always properly maintained and winterized, detailed twice a year with UV protective soap/wax. Everything is in proper working condition. There is some normal wear from use but nothing is broken or damaged. Overall camper is in great condition. We are selling because my wife is in school for her Masters degree and working full time and I accepted a new position at work that requires a lot of overtime. Wed like to see someone with the time, enjoy this camper. It has served us well and made some great memories.
