2nd owner since 2014. Have all maintenance receipts. Well maintained for last 12 years. Non-smoker. This coach has been an outstanding RV for us. Mostly taken to local destinations over the years. Feels strong as a tank. We tow our SUV regularly. RV runs great - very smooth and quiet up front. Many advantages to owning a diesel like having a bus chassis, air-ride suspension/air brakes, and having the diesel motor in the rear. Includes 2 opposing slide-outs in front that creates a large living area, and a single slide in the rear bedroom. Great floor layout if an open feel is what you seek. Inside niceties include upgraded toilet in master bath, second 1/2 bath mid-RV, sleep number master bed, air mattress bed in couch, washer/dryer combo, 2 temp control zones, fridge with ice-maker and water dispenser on outside of door. Outside includes auto levelers, small trickel-charge solar panel, large capacity tanks, organized plumbing area (with emaciator for emptying black and gray tanks, black tank flush and shower faucet), large powered main awning plus one powered awing over door, window awnings, lots of storage, and custom snap-on sun screens for front windows and wheels. Everything works on RV except convection portion of combo microwave unit. Exterior paint in good shape except for recent cracking of clear coat in a few spots. Also includes two recliners we use in place of the couch (see pics). If you prefer the recliners, you get the couch separately. This RV is ready to roll. You could basically take the RV, stop for groceries and gas, and go directly to your first destination!
