The top is in good working order. No leaks. The windows zipper open easily. New Sony stereo with new speakers from audio express on San Mateo. U-Haul has installed a hitch on the back. I carry two electric bikes without any problems. All the water functions great with equipment included. Filler hoses and drainage hoses, etc.  Two brand new interstate batteries, front and rear. Tire tread very good. Again, check by Foreign Aide. I am including the mattress for the back.  It’s very comfortable downstairs not sure about the upstairs bed. I was too old to try it. This CAMPER is ready to go camping.
