Two-owner unit. Canvas sides of poptop are in excellent condition. Has new car battery, new marine battery to power the accessories, new heavy-duty locking struts for the poptop. The refrigerator runs on AC or LP gas, the stove is a stainless steel two-burner unit with SS splatter shield, sink is also SS with countertop. Forced air furnace runs on LP gas at 12,000 BTU. Also has rear shower, wardrobe closet, power windows/doorlocks/mirrors. There is a small plexiglass poptop in roof for ventilation. One table included. A rooftop carrier with tie-down bars can be used for added luggage. Front passenger seat swivels to face the back. Has all curtains/blinds in place for privacy Sleeps 4, seats 4.
Needs new tires, has a 4-5 cosmetic issues on exterior. Needs the right rear lights box replaced (have the replacement).
