RV Description

Spacious interior and big bathroom! This floor plan is amazing because it provides a large open space to hang out, relax, and chill when out making memories and adventuring. This is our 4th RV and by far our favorite floorplan. Great for a couple or a family with a baby/toddler.

This 2600RB has been meticulously upgraded to elevate it to another level:

  • Full Victron power system with a 3000W inverter, 230Ah of Lithium battery with room for additional batteries, and 320W of solar with room to grow up to 800W.

  • 3-stage water filter system to clean all water entering the trailer.

  • A residential bidet was added to the Dometic Toilet.

  • Divider gate installed to keep pets or little ones away from the door.

  • Tinted window with shade installed in the door.

  • Ventilation fans upgraded to Maxxaire Maxxfan Deluxe units.

  • Installed a Samsung Smart TV and rebuilt the area behind the TV for additional storage (fits a Dyson vacuum perfectly now) that was previously not being utilized.

  • Removed the cramped dinette from the slide to allow for a flexible living room. This area can fit the couch and an additional bed (how we used it with our little one from when he was crawling and now as a toddler). A table and chairs can be swapped in very easily.

  • The bed platform in the bedroom was rebuilt with a thicker plywood storage door and enlarged to fully support a true queen mattress.

  • An additional drop-down spare mount was added underneath, both spares were upgraded to Goodyear Endurance tires, and safety/locking cables were added to each spare for added security.

  • MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers and Suspension Upgrade Kit installed, and axles greased 600 miles ago.

  • Ford Trailer TPMS and Camera system hard-wired (allows tire and camera information to be shown directly on the dash of any tow package equipped newer Ford truck).

  • The tongue area has been upgraded with a storage box, quick lift jack, and chain hooks.

  • The sewer connection was fitted with an additional valve.

  • Extensive wiring and plumbing organization/clean up when upgrades were installed. This included; reorganizing the AC and DC power panels into one cabinet, installing a proper distribution block for the 7-pin connection, installing functional reverse lights, adding a sub fuse box for the tongue area power needs, streamlining and increasing the plumbing size at the inlet to increase water pressure and flow, and any other cleanup needed while work was being performed to address the sloppy wiring/plumbing most RV have from the factory (GD is better than most though).

On top of all of the listed upgrades, we are including everything to make this as turnkey as possible:

  • Tote with power cable, extension, and adapters.

  • Tote with fresh and grey water hoses and adapters.

  • Tote with sewer hose, adapters, and an additional sewer hose extension that is stored under the trailer.

  • Tote with additional setup-related items.

  • Full kit of leveling wedges and chocks.

  • Full set of OX Blox stabilizing blocks.

  • Coupler lock and keyed alike ball lock.

  • Anderson Weight Distribution Hitch with both 2 and 2.5 shanks.

  • Extra propane tank.

Given this is a 2024 model, it came with dual AC units (50amp service to run both at the same time, or run on 30amp for one at a time), and the ABS-equipped axles.

This trailer has only been used for family trips and has never been lived in. It has been towed approximately 5500 miles since buying it new. It has been stored indoors since new and is now in a temperature-controlled storage unit here in Las Vegas. We built this trailer out thinking we would have it forever, and no expense was spared refining it into the amazing trailer it is now. I did not keep track of the costs, but I would estimate there is about $15,000 in upgrades, including labor.

We are selling because we have been RV'ing the last 7 years and are just looking to try something else. It's time to sell it to someone who can continue taking it on adventures, making memories, and enjoying it as much as we have.

Clean California title in hand.
