2021 GRAND DESIGN REFLECTION 312BHTS travel trailer.  If you come to see it you’ll want it ! Our camper is Clean ! You must see it. We have loved it. 
Outdoor kitchen with frig, sink and grill. 
Bunkhouse with two upper bunks and a sofa that pulls out to a bed if needed as well. Plenty of room in the main bedroom as well with W/D hookup if needed. And plenty of closet storage. 

New Furion 18k Chill Cube Ac with remote, Bluetooth and WiFi.

Furrion vision S four cam set and 7”monitor.  New never used macerater set in case.  Electric adapters, cords, hoses, water filters, etc. 
We’ve used this camper for the past 2 years only 2 weeks every couple months while having a house built. We have an extra 300 Gallon Black storage tank available if you need it, only had to periodically have it pumped while waiting on new house and septic. It slides right under the camper as well. Had the local portable toilet company service it as needed and it was really reasonable.
