Coach is exceptionally clean. The kitchen stove has never been used, and the coach has always been maintained in a smoke-free environment. Purchased NEW from the Trailer Hitch RV Center in Nipomo, CA and delivered directly to its current location in Carmel Valley, CA 93924. NEVER traveled Used only while we built our residential home.

This coach comes fully loaded with many upgrades and accessories, including a washer/dryer, electric heater/fireplace, (2) TVs, roof satellite system, slide-out stands, gooseneck stand, hard-wired generator, and much more.
