2019 Grand Design Solitude 380FL front living room floor plan with large master bath plus a separate half bath, five slides, and a true residential feel throughout.
What sets this one apart is its history. Built before Covid mass production, this unit has been stationary its entire life. The previous owners kept it parked at an RV resort in Fort Myers, FL, and I've kept it stationary at my home since purchasing it. That means minimal wear on the frame, suspension, axles, and running gear compared to a coach that's been towed cross-country. Clear Florida title in hand.

In the interest of full transparency, known items: the front cap has clear-coat peeling (a documented characteristic on 20172019 Grand Design units; I'm in contact with Grand Design about it). The pull-strap on the manual front window awning needs replacing an inexpensive part. Tank level monitors read inconsistently, common on these coaches.
This is a clean, well-maintained coach that has lived an easy life. Roof seasonal resealing maintenance planned. Original MSRP was approximately $97,625.
