RV Description

42K miles! 1998 Dodge Pleasure Way Camper Van B3500 V8 RV 19 feet

I have been living in this van full time for three years.

Two owners, including myself. Clean title in hand. I have all the maintenance records since it was first purchased.

All in working order:
- Deep cycle house battery
- Toilet/shower combo works
- Electric fridge - this is aftermarket, it came with a propane fridge, and was replaced with electric by the previous owner
- Propane stove works
- Carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector
- Black/gray tanks in working order
- Lights/water pump/AC all working
- Replaced front two tires last year, the back tired still have good tread, although they are old
- Engine and transmission is great.
- Brakes drums and pads replaced recently

INCLUDED IN THE SALE:

All the supplies you need to start traveling now with the sale of the van, such as, vehicle maintenance items, vehicle fluids, Bedding, kitchen supplies, outdoor supplies, full set of tools, other maintenance items, tarp, electric adapters, etc. Not an exhaustive list, check it out!

KNOWN ISSUES:

- Needs new weather stripping on the windhshield
- Hoses for fresh water tank under the van have popped out of place and need to be re-secured
- Minor cosmetic damage outside of the van
- The console for the tanks/generator has cosmetic damage but everything on the console works
- Generator is not turning over all the way and is being diagnosed/serviced right now. If it is fully repaired before sale, the listing price will be adjusted accordingly.
- Diagnostics show code P0205

Note on the engine from my mechanic:

"Engine is healthy, transmission fluid checks out great. Diagnostics indicate a code P0205 for injector #5 open circuit. Injector has been replaced and code remains, even when swapping one injector to another between cylinders. This points that there is a wiring issue which will likely require identifying where the wire is corroded/damaged and replacing the section of wire(s) to restore the circuit."

This is a minor wiring issue, not a mechanical engine failure. It has not affected the van's drivability at all. I have driven it long-distance continuously with zero issues.
