Looking to sell our 2022 Jayco Northpoint 377RLBH. Unit is a beauty and has been a pleasure during our time with it. The Rig is clean, washed and spray waxed before each trip, roof inspection and maintenance done periodically during the seasons. Always covered and kept in order. Factory extras include generator prep, heat pump package, extreme weather package and factory slide toppers. Upgraded fridge and amenities in the outdoor kitchen with smart TV upgrade in the pass-thru and throughout the rig. We upgraded BMpro tablet to the newer unit that runs off 12v direct so no tablet battery issues. Rig comes with Snap pads, all sewer hoses and exterior hose mounts and brand new (only used this winter) Goldline Premium RV cover. Unit also comes with transferable RV extended exclusion-based service plan through Americas RV Warranty with coverage through 2031 ($2600 value). This warranty is awesome and covers All mechanicals, appliances, electronics, hydraulic leveling system, slide systems, water lines, propane lines, etc I utilized it for the tablet and they were very easy to deal with. Never smoked in, and only had our mini golden doodle (hypoallergenic) in it one season. Interior is meticulously kept.

All else is original and all systems work with no issues, unit is clean and ready for camping. This layout is great for a family looking for a unit with abundance of space and a bunk room or loft for the kids. We love this unit but are looking to take
