This is a RARE find!  Check out the video!  We our the only owners and we have meticulously maintained this every year. Used approximately 2x a year, no pets! We purchased it direct from the factory with the options we wanted which included 2 air conditioner units! We have made some upgrades like adding on an inverter and a lithium battery. We also added on a flip up counter top that matches the existing counters, we ordered the matching piece from jayco direct. We have winterized it every year and have maintained the roof.  You have access to the bathroom and the kitchen in tow mode!

Outside:

• It has a custom lithium phosphate battery, 560 amp hours and we've been able to get 490 amp hours. Battery is negotiable.

• The unit has an electrical shutoff.

• The inverter is a pure sine wave inverter with 4000 watt continuous and 8000 watt peak power. The inverter was installed by a dealer and is hooked up to all of the electrical in the trailer. Low standby current ~2/3 - 3/4A. It is an excellent inverter with all of the bells and whistles.

• The inverter can run 1 air conditioner unit (has 2 air conditioners) at a time with full cooling on the batteries (no power hookups). If you were to install soft starts on the units it would probably run both.

• There is an auto switch for the power so it will automatically switch over to camp site electrical if plugged into it.

• The tires have a TPMS system that can be monitored from the panel inside the RV or your phone.

• Outside kitchen with fridge, cooktop and running water. Rarely used!

• It has a climbable ladder with a walkable roof.

• It is back up camera ready (not including camera), but we will include Furrion Vision S side cameras.

• Comes with the trailer hitch on the back.

• Sewage hose storage on back.

Living area:

• Inside to the left as you walk into the unit, there are 2 full size bunk beds.

• The bathroom has a porcelain toilet and a very roomy shower with glass sliding door and skylight.

• The bathroom has a vented fan.

• The entertainment area has an articulating 40 inch TV, so it can be seen from most areas in the main living area including the dine in area.

• Across from the television are two reclining theater seats; the unit also comes with TV trays that fit in front of the reclining seats.

• The fridge and freezer is a 2 way, gas and electric.

• Cooktop is a 3 burner with oven.

• We added on the flip up counter top to add more space, the countertop matches perfectly as we ordered it from jayco!

Bedroom area:

• Barn door style door for privacy between bedroom and main living area.

• The bedroom has a camp king, it is a new mattress only slept on 2 times.

• Solar ready, install solar converter in designated area in bedroom; prewired to roof to add solar panels if desired. Easy addon.

• Power outlets by each side of the bed.

• Separate air conditioner unit just for the bedroom!
