Selling my fifth wheel camper.
New in past year:
Tires= 14 ply, 150 miles on them.
Splendide washer/dryer combo, used maybe 8 times.
Black tank in 2025, and new valve, pull cable
Water pump 2025, havnt used

Ceramic pedestal toilet, 1 year old.
New toilet seat
Oak stairs going into bedroom( stock stairs were particle board)
Double reclining lounge chair,2 years old.
All roof corners and seals have been gone over by dealer.
Stove , fridge, water heater( gas& electric) have been cleaned, serviced and work perfectly.
Electric fireplace , fan & heater work perfectly.
Living room has ceiling fan, stock.
Lippert pin pad panel inside for controlling Jack's is 2 years old..
Vizio tv in living area is 18 months old.
Kitchen and bathroom faucets are American Standard, 2 years old.
Amish hand crafted black skirting, with buttons and zippers, 2 years old.
All electrical and hydraulics work perfectly. 6 Lippert hydraulic jacks .
Kitchen table replaced with full size wood top, steel frame table for more counterspace.2 folding chairs in great condition.
Shower has new sprayer
Also, trifold glass doors have been replaced with shower curtain, as glass camper doors were too difficult to keep clean..
Fold in bathroom door replaced with slide in curtain for space.
Camper has never had any leaks of any kind.
Ive put almost 20,000 into this camper.
