RV Description

This well cared for and premium upgraded coach, has a spacious, ergonomic floor plan, and all the necessities for full-time mobile living, or comfortable weekend getaways. It includes everything you need to start using it right away without having to shell out hundreds more dollars on the extra items that a dealer camper would never include.
Our camper was inspected by an RVIA certified inspector when we bought it about 2 years ago. We are happy to share the inspection report and discuss the maintenance we have done while owning it.
Aside from a few minor cosmetic blemishes from normal use, all included appliances, electronics, and fixtures are in perfect working order and do not require any immediate maintenance. We stand by the quality of our camper and will happily keep in touch after your purchase in case you have any questions or concerns.
It is missing a few less necessary standard fixtures but offers opportunities for personalization and some extra storage to make your camping experience more organized.
Here is a link to the specifications for this particular year and model of the Rockwood Ultra Lite. Below I've listed the upgrades and differences from the standard model.

Upgrades:
10 cu.ft. stainless steel 120v residential style refrigerator - much nicer and larger than a standard camper fridge. $700 value
Massive 600AH lithium battery - capable of powering the refrigerator and basic electrical uses for 3-4 days on a single charge (no generator or solar panels necessary) - $700 value
Micro-Air programmable touchscreen thermostat with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities and smartphone application - $260 value
Dometic Model 410 Complete RV Toilet Round Porcelain Bowl, Universal Fit & 2-Bolt Mount, 18" Chair Height Residential-Style, Gravity Flush Toilet with Soft-Close Seat, currently equipped with a bidet which I can leave or remove depending on your preference (the bidet is a game changer as it helps keep your black tank from getting clogged with tp or keeps you from having to buy the horrible 1 ply rv tp) - $275 value
Premium Good Year Endurance Tires - about 6000 miles and less than 2 years on them they will easily last you another 3-4 years - $1500 new -$750-1000 Current Value
Victron smart shunt - hooked up to the battery it allows you to monitor the charge level and electrical load among many other useful functions. $100 Value
80 amp converter - charges the large lithium battery quickly and efficiently when the camper is hooked up to shore power - $100 Value
2000w inverter - allows the battery to operate the 120v electronics when the camper is not hooked up to shore power - $180 Value
Double theater style leather recliner - this isn't a cheaply made "camper couch". It is a quality, residential-style piece of furniture. We specifically chose it because it is only slightly heavier than most low quality "camper couches". It weights just under 200lbs when most camper couches weigh about 160-180lbs. It can easily be removed and replaced with a different one if you choose.
Other Differences:
No microwave - we barely ever used it and wanted the extra storage space so we removed it and added a cabinet door with a cork board. It gives you an extra 5 cubic feet of storage which is a massive upgrade in our opinion. New Microwave will run you $250 if you want to add it back.
No "fireplace" - The stock "fireplace" was poorly made, tacky, and only worked half the time so we just opt to use a real space heater when we dont want to turn on the furnace, removed the heavy piece of junk, and now use the space as our bookshelf. A new fireplace would cost you about $200.
No dining table - we use the camper for remote work, so we replaced the dining table with a desk and just eat at a picnic table outside when there's nice weather, or at tv-trays when we want to watch a show or a movie with dinner. We also remove the desk and use the space for an extra mattress when we are camping with friends or family. You can get a new dining set for about $300 or less. We have had no problems with the desk shifting during travel.
We moved the battery inside the front, passenger-side storage compartment. The lithium battery is very expensive and prone to theft so we feel more comfortable having it inside a locked compartment. This also allowed us to keep all the battery cables and components closer together for power efficiency and so we could use very high-quality, full-copper battery cables without making the project excessively expensive. All the cables and components for the install cost about $500, not including the tools.
We removed most of the decorative window frames. They were just cardboard with fabric stapled on them so they would he easy to re-create if you want to.
The outdoor speakers have succumbed to the elements and no longer work. We removed one and covered/sealed the hole. The other one could be easily replaced or removed if you so desire.
