Inside, you'll find a well-appointed living space with comfortable seating and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. The upper fold-down bed was never used and personally not recommended for small kids. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, large sink and plenty of storage for all your cooking needs.

The bathroom is modern and clean with a smartly designed layout. A new toilet and corner shower (similar to the 2019 model) were installed in 2026. We liked the bathroom placement in the far corner from the queen bed and away from the kitchen/dining area. One key point is the size of holding tanks (fresh, grey and black tanks are all 45gal). Further, this trailer comes with 3x 5gal Propane tanks. This trailer is ready for boon docking.

With only 16,000 miles on the odometer, this travel trailer is practically brand new and ready for many more miles of road tripping. Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, or the whole family, the LANCE 1685 has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable trip.

The LANCE brand is known for its quality construction and attention to detail, and the 1685 model is no exception. From the durable AZDEL/Aluminum frame exterior to the well-designed interior, every aspect of this travel trailer has been carefully crafted to provide an exceptional RV experience. Had a recall on the Smart Jack in 2018. Replaced. Since then, the plastic cover over buttons disintegrated from UV exposure. Bath vent had water leak due to improper installation, wall next to toilet and fan replaced replaced under warranty in 2018. Floor and walls are composites so no water damage.

300W - Solar panels, 2kW inverter, 4x-LiFePo batteries (5120Wh) and a dedicated AC outlet in kitchen (great for coffee maker, toaster, hair drying, etc.), installed in 2024.
Roof coated with Crazy Seal White Silicone Sealant in 2022 to ensure no leaks, and reduced heat buildup. both skylight outer shells replaced at same time.
Rear closets converted to shelving effectively increasing storage space.
Wheel bearings and brakes serviced in 2023 (brakes were at 10% wear due to low use).
Upgraded water heater to a Fogatti tankless water heater in 2025.
New Rainier ST tires in 2025. Original tires changed only for age concerns.
Comes with an Anderson hitch and Yamaha 2200 generator (hardly used, but needs servicing) and shore power 30A cable (25'long)
