Very clean unit with low mileage!! New tires and coach batteries in May 2025. New shower and skylight. No rust underneath, engine compartment clean. Generator under 90 hours of usage. Blu-Ray DVD player and TV included. Great for a couple or family with a few children. Main bed sleeps two and the loft bed sleeps one or two, with the table converted bed sleeping another 1-2. Bathroom is a nice size. You'll love the dark wood of the interior and the overall great condition. We've added a pull-up cutting board/prep area for extra counter space. Beautiful quilt and bedding including if you wish, with a nice mattress pad for more comfort. Lots of storage. 7,500 lb. towing capacity.

You won't be disappointed in this unit! We have really loved it but recently upgraded to a larger RV as our grandchildren are all older now and love to travel with us.
