1999 Fleetwood Dicovery 37V. Coach is in excellent condition for the age. Has new Rvarmor roof with lifetime transferable warranty. All vents and covers replaced except shower with roof. New Ac installed with roof. Roof was $10k. New water heater last year. Generator had computer and service spring 2025 $8k. Has a new convertible couch. New fresh water pump in 2025. Rv is ready to roll you could be camping this weekend. Tires are 6 years old but in excellent condition, I just made short trips so never changed them. Only issue with coach is dash harness needs replaced known issue with this chassis. So some garages and speedometer does not work. I use a GPS for speed. It will be included with rv All new led lights on front, headlights, and interior. New Samsung 32" smart tv. Rear led clearance are included didnt have a chance to install.them. All hoses will come with. Rv watchdog included. Other accessories also.
