20- 27 ft Coleman Hybrid trailer with 2 full-bed fold-outs. It Sleeps 6.
Total length with fold-outs open is about 27 ft. It is fully loaded and in excellent condition.
One person can open the large beds and turtle them up as well.

Its been very well taken care of. The interior layout is open, spacious, and very user-friendly.
It has a full kitchen, Gas range, Microwave, Large fridge (AC or gas option), Stainless steel sink, , Full Bathroom with shower, hybrid fold-out bed extensions (easy for one person to open), which sleeps 4. Outside water nozzle, you can set up an outside shower, a large powered awning, an Air conditioner, Heat, Propane tanks, Auto Leveling button for lowering or raising the front of the trailer where the hitch is.
Interior colors are neutral, so easy on the eyes, and simple to add colors you love.

The canvas of both Pop Outs is in great shape.

Also, I sealed the whole roof with a Flex-All non-toxic white rubber sealer so I would never have to worry about leaks.

Tires look like they have tons of tread and are in great shape.
