Selling our great condition 2025 G3950 and even our 2026 F450 High Output is available!

We have spent a total of 24 nights in this unit. It's only ever been in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Eastern Tennessee on trips. It has never been smoked or vaped in. It has been kept under a full shed since it was purchased. The unit is persistently connected to the grid and runs heat / AC. We have always done this on our units. This keeps the unit from getting stale smell.

Upgrades and inclusions with this unit;

Best upgrade we have ever had, recently installed a Shocker airbag hitch system. It is absolutely incredible how much this improved the towing comfort.

We removed the god-awful original leather U-shaped couch and replaced it with a Cozey brand modular sofa and ottoman system. It. Is. So. Comfortable!

We are including GE residential combo ventless WD system.

We are including a queen second mattress on the bottom in the garage. So it has two queen sized beds, the loft bed and the king in the master. We comfortably have slept 9 people in the unit.

We added an AC silencer in tht living room so you can comfortably watch tv and actually hear it.

We are including ALL components to take this unit immediately on a trip. It needs nothing. Chairs, 50" TV with outdoor stand, stinky slinky's (), hoses, connectors, towels, dishes and more.

It's difficult to find a very clean and well cared for unit. This is it.
