RV Description
Great condition 295MK! Shortest luxurious 5th wheel at 33 feet that you can tow with a 3/4 ton truck and get in to almost all national parks. The best part is you don't need a 300 lb hitch in the back of your truck, all you need is a hitch ball. I use a 5" offset ball to allow using a short bed truck with plenty of turning radius. This allows for more payload on your truck. Any questions at all please let me know. It cost me almost $3,000 to have the brand new Reese 20k gooseneck installed last year but worth every penny and doesn't void the warranty. I had planned to go around in the RV full time, but ended up buying a farm in October and I have not camped in it since.
Recent new upgrades:
-W/D combo (to save on weight)
-Samsung OLED 48" Ultra Thin TV (latest and greatest), phenomenal picture compared to the TV that came with the RV (picture coming soon)
-52" Desk and Storage that replaced the Dining Table (Perfect desk that hides the wires and fits flush with both sides)
-Rear Camera and Both Side Cameras for view from inside truck
-Brand New Ladder (I bent the previous one on my cattle gate on the farm backing it in)
A few imperfections to talk about so you are in the know:
-Small maybe 2" mark on the front of RV
-The flap likes to stay up (maybe 2" if you catch it, it won't get stuck) on the inside near the desk from the slide moving in and out. Not a big thing but want you to know and you can see it in one of the pictures.
-One of the shades are missing (near the desk), I am the second owner and it was that way when I bought the RV and hasn't bothered me, it's the side window.
-There is a mark on the refrigerator, on the bottom part not sure what happened and maybe it will clean off it is on the picture you can see it. Maybe something spilled and dripped down its subtle but it's there.
-No mattress it is a King, but I loved using a Queen gave a lot more room in the bedroom (I do have a new mattress I can give if needed if traveling a long way and want to camp back in it) It's a Dream Cloud mattress, I got it for the RV but I haven't camped in the RV since September so I haven't put the new mattress in it.
-Great condition otherwise, no issues since I have owned it big fan of Alliance, used to be a Grand Design fan. Love the one piece roof a lot. I will probably get a 16' travel trailer from Alliance to have with the farm instead.
-I love the stove and refrigerator a ton! It is just like being at home, other RVs cheap out on these two items and that is big thing for me and they work wonderfully. The RV refrigerators take way too long to cool down, you will love this one.
