This trailer has been stored under a covered RV port since March 2021, so the roof, exterior, and seals have been protected from Pacific NW rain and UV the entire time. Prior to that, it spent its first 12 months without covered storage when it was brand new. No delamination, no roof issues.

This trailer has NOT been lived in or used as a full-timer.
