This Four Winds Five Thousand (5000) 28-A motorhome with NEW TIRES, NEW BATTERIES and LOW MILEAGE of ONLY 13,800 MILES has been INSPECTED for key safety and functionality points by a double certified (NRVIA and ASE Certified) RV inspection expert who is also a RVTAA Registered Technician. An NRVIA Certified inspector is a credentialed professional trained by the National Recreational Vehicle Inspectors Association (NRVIA) to conduct comprehensive, standardized, and unbiased evaluations of RVs. A small list of points were identified as needing mitigation. The bathroom door can either be kept closed for privacy when using the restroom and for walking space or fully opened to block off the entire back of the home for privacy when showering and changing. The bedroom has been upgraded with a Kingston 10" memory foam mattress in regular queen size (no stains, tears, rips, etc.) that provides night comfort after a long day of exploring. An accordion divider can be closed to make back bedroom private. The living area containing both a jack knife style couch that very easily folds out to be a bed and a dinette, which can also convert into a bed, is perfect for lounging, watching TV or enjoying a meal together made in your fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, vent).
Since there are seatbelts for both the 3 couch seats and 2 forward-facing dinette seats, non-drivers can take advantage of the extra room and diner table to get work, homework, or hobby projects complete while driving to your next destination, while still keeping the driver company and seeing the sights along the way. When parked, the 14 foot easy-to-use manual awning in a pretty blue gradient pattern fully functions to be in place within minutes to keep you in comfort on a sunny day.
