This is the closest you will get to the features of a brand new RV, in a very solid diesel pusher built during the golden age of RV's that was extremely well maintained. Simple diesel motor, no DEF system. Also has large 750 W SOLAR package, which is unique, and new lithium batteries (280 amp/hr) Also has 4 way camera system to help move around and drive safely Sleeps 6. We have traveled the United States and loved this thing, but the kids are now out of the house... If you do your research, you will quickly learn that these RV's were built to last a very long time, unlike new RV's!

We have owned it for 6 or so years. Bought from a friend who owned it for a long time and was dying of cancer. He maintained it extremely well, as he expected to never sell it. I believe he spent over $40,000 in maintenance/upgrades/repairs. We continued to do the same, and have extensive documentation.

88,000 miles or so. Cat C6 Diesel pusher. Allison transmission.

Short list of what was done to it:

1) Roof looks excellent. Edges resealed a year ago. This is a HUGE job to do, but keeps the roof weathertight. If you are new to RVing, the roof is THE most critical thing to get right
2) Prior owner rebuilt the Diesel Generator electrical head unit
3) Prior owner installed new house AC system
4) We installed 280AH solar system, commercial grade residential panels. Powers the RV for along time. Powers fridge while driving or boon docking.
5) Prior owner had all the windows removed and dual pane glass resealed
6) New residential fridge in place- a HUGE improvement over what typical RV's come with!
7) New TV antenna/has sattelite system but we have never used it
8) New tires when we bought it about 10,000 miles ago
9) Roof treated with ceramic wax as were the sides
10) 4 way camera system added
11) Transmission just serviced with new fluids
12) radiator was replaced by prior owner ( $8000)
13) Front suspension rebuilt by prior owner
14) Recent carpeting
15) upgraded mattress
16) main chassis batteries replaced 2 years ago
17) New dining room seats from a LEXUS/motorised
18) comes with spare parts/airbags/etc
19) TV's were upgraded by PO

And a lot more I am forgetting...

Things that it has due to age:

1) Some of the paint is faded
2) It has some scratches and dings/minor on the basement doors
