Gasoline storage tank with pump and hose for your toys; never filled and never used. Grab bar at entry door. Two MaxAir roof/vent fans. Propane furnace. Stereo radio and speakers both in and out. My spinal arthritis has won the battle and tells me to get out of camping and buy another vacation beach house which is nearly complete. Just paid the selling ATC dealer to completely go thru the unit to verify everything was working as it should and indeed it was. Title in hand, no trades, need no help selling.
