This lightweight, easy-to-tow 22 ft. travel trailer is perfect for couples or small families looking to escape while still enjoying the comforts of home. Our RV has had low-usage and has been well-cared for, but we've decided to sell because we don't embrace the RV life like we thought.
The interior has a well-equipped kitchen with ample storage, an 8 cu. ft. 12-volt refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stovetop, and a dining booth that converts into an extra sleeping space, in addition to the queen bed. Comfort and climate features include a 13,500 BTU Coleman A/C, a 20,000 BTU propane furnace and a 6-gallon propane water heater. It has an off-grid solar set-up, sound system with interior/exterior speakers, tv/cable and backup camera hookups, outdoor propane griddle, power awning, and a large pass-through storage area.
The RV will be sold with all its accessories! This includes a bike rack(still in box), weight distribution hitch, sway bar, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, outdoor rug and electrical shore power cord.
