RV Description
This is a Model 3400RL (Rear Living Area). Queen size bed needs a mattress. New AC last summer (2025). New Heater last winter (2025). 50 Amp service. It has been parked and lived in by our father for approximately the last 5 years. Overall a good solid camper. Needs some TLC. We have the skirting that was around the bottom while it was parked. Would be ideal for a similar use located on a property. Because it has not been pulled behind a truck since it was bought used and parked in its current location, we do not know how it would perform on the highway, but it worked well when he bought it and moved it to Kansas from Oklahoma. The awning on the side over the door is not in good shape at all and would need to be replaced if an awning was wanted on the trailer. The porch and ramp can go with it but you would have to disassemble and haul. Trailer is actually located near Peck, Kansas. Sold AS WHERE IS.
