It's a 2008 but unlike any other!!
You really need see it to believe it. Countless hours and over $30k dollars in tasteful upgrades. First of all the body is original and damage free with a beautiful aluminum finish thanks to the only legit ceramic coating being applied by Vinnie's in Sacramento. Since it's a 2008 the beltline is completely exposed with beautiful shiny rivets and free of filiform corrosion or "white stuff on the rivets". No aluminum extrusion with trim moldings covering the rivets like all Airtreams built from 2009 til present. Meaning this is the last year of the true units that live up to the famous saying "Live Riveted".
Starting with the roof, it's got four 100 Watt Solar panels with two new remote controlled fans, an updated Skylight with new interior shade and Wi-Fi Ranger plus an updated AC unit with a Micro Air Easy Start. A street side awning was added that matches the curbside patio awning. Fresh 6 volt batteries, upgrade inverter, upgraded 16 inch wheels and fresh Michelin tires. Brand new tankless water heater. Upgraded to LED lights everywhere. Upgraded stereo with Bluetooth as well as new TV and speakers. Upgraded Mattress that is so much better than factory.
Now for the interior updating !!
All new high quality one piece linoleum floor from front to back, all new reversible foam and seat covers for the front sofa and the dinette. If you look closely at the pictures, you will see that you can pick between colors by flipping the cushions. Remember both dinette and sofa make additional sleeping areas that can accommodate a total of six people. All new solid surface countertops with cutting board in the kitchen and in the bathroom with new fixtures as well. Table was replaced
And still makes into bed.
New toilet, new water pump, new shower and original gas oven/cooktop in near perfect condition. Custom drawers were installed where the closet used to be. Plus, additional enclosed storage below the armrest of the sofa as you enter the trailer. The Airstream is turn key and ready to go camping today and includes everything one would need except for your food and clothes. Also includes a full weight distribution hitch which we will adjust to your tow vehicle. All manuals, books, records and receipts included for everything described. Everything was professionally done. No Mickey Mouse work here!!
I've done my best to include everything that's on this very unique and highly upgraded Safari Special Edition, but I'm sure I've forgotten at least a half a dozen things.
