RV Description
A beautiful Maxlite 23RS Travel Trailer in excellent shape. I believe we are the second owner of it and have had it since 2009. It is clean inside and out with the handy pack and play door and front bunks and the rear bed on a rear slide. We've had Many Adventures in it with our children and have just gotten a new motorhome for our next Adventures. It has 4 Newer tires. A newer battery. The roof has been serviced every year and there has never been any leaks. The refrigerator is a electric and propane unit that works fantastic. The underbelly is sealed so it works good in cooler weather. AC is cold. Heat is hot. Gas/Electric hot water tank. The outside kitchen extends fun when you are home cooking. 30 amp Service. Everything works and we are very sad to see it go. Make a reasonable offer. Curb weight is 4075lbs.
