Most importantly, goes by the name of "Sir Rockwood McCampington" in our family ;) Includes AC and furnace, stove, gas grill, fridge, microwave, ceiling vent fan, 100W solar panel, outdoor shower, water heater, dual propane tanks, dual 12 batteries, electric trailer brakes, water tank, crossbars/bike racks, stereo, plus miscellaneous accessories such as leveling jack, trailer hitch lock, etc. We used this to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids, it and has lots of storage.
