RV Description

This sweet girl is in nearly perfect condition. She's lived most of her non-moving life indoors. Her first care-taker used her as an office for his aviation instruction. When she wasn't at an airport doing office work, she was in an airplane hangar - out of the elements. I'm her second care-taker and I acquired her to take me around the country to show me the places I haven't seen yet. She's escorted me to the Florida Keys for 2 winters and all around the country for a 5 month stint.

She's been maintained extremely well. She currently sits with fresh Michelin Rubber on all 6 shoes. She's recently had Class B service and is ready to take you on your adventure.

If you're looking at this, you probably did your homework and know what a great company Pleasureway is. This girl was put together by a single craftsman who signed off on every job along the way. I've called Pleasureway twice since I've had her and they have wonderful customer service and will take as much time with you as necessary to discus whatever you are asking about. Top notch company.

In case you're not familiar with the Plateau TS, I'll tell you some great things about it.

Incredibly large bathroom for a van. There's plenty of room for utilizing the toilet, there's a dedicated sink that's built onto a vanity with storage underneath. For a class B van - the shower is just luxurious.

While we are talking about showers - you should know about the water heater. The water heater in this girl is top notch. It's a 'tankless' Truma water heater that will give you hot water as long as you have propane in your tank! It's also on a circulating system, so when you turn the water heater on - you have hot water at your tap 30 seconds later -without having to run the water to get to the heated stuff. Genius design - wonderful execution of the design.

There's a spacious hanging closet just aft of the bathroom with plenty of room to put your hanging clothes as well as anything else you decide to store in there.

Aft of the closet is about the largest refrigerator and separate freezer that I think you could get in a van. It's a 3 way refrigerator/freezer that will run off of 120 volts when plugged in or on the generator, it will run on propane or it will run off of 12volts. You will smile at how well it works.

Above the refrigerator/freezer is a combo microwave and convection oven. I had big plans to use it - but never got around to it. I read the manual - pretty impressive what it can do. The previous owner told me he never used it - so you could consider that appliance as 'new'.

Across from the bathroom, closet and refrigerator is a very large countertop with a home-style faucet that will make you think you ARE at home. Incredibly deep sink for a van. There's a 2 burner gas stove top. I used it a lot. Very nice.

In the back is where the magic happens. I have one of those jobs that I can do from anywhere. I have installed a Starlink system on the roof that is ready to go. No aiming - no nothing. All you do is turn it on with the switch I installed and it starts working - wireless router and all. I tell you this because I used this van as my office during the day and my bedroom during the night. The wonderfully luxurious and plus sofa converts to a queen size bed (you actually use normal queen sized sheets) with the push of a button. Very comfortable! The windows have true blackout blinds. No light passes through them. I have stealth camped in some pretty crazy places and no one had any idea I was inside - even though I had the TV and some lights on. Pretty impressive.

I have parked this girl in some amazing places and did my daily work - with Grand Teton, Devils Tower, Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, Columbia River, Salton Sea, Yosemite Valley, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas (on and on and on) right outside my window as I worked with super high bandwidth - ANYWHERE I have a reasonable view of the sky. Man, I love technology.

The driver's and passenger's seat are luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The seats are both on factory swivels and the passenger's seat swivels 180 degrees to face into the living area. . The driver's seat is limited with the bathroom behind it, but it swivels just over 90 degrees. If you don't already know, Mercedes Sprinter vans drive like a mini-van. Anyone can drive them - you don't muscle them around. Great experience. I replaced the lackluster radio (although I still have it for the new owner to take with them) with a great new system that has Sirius XM, CarPlay, Android Auto and other inputs. Touch screen works great. Plus it's paired up with the rearview camera - making this girl easy to back into parking spaces.

Let's talk about electrical power. I almost never plugged her in on all of my travels. She has a super high-output alternator, she has 300 watts of solar panels on the roof. She has 200amps of lithium ion batteries to store all of that power that is being produced throughout the day. I never wished I had more batteries. Very impressive. There is a 2000 watt inverter that powers a LOT of things that you would plug into the numerous household outlets.
She has a propane powered generator that only has 25 hours on it. I just didn't need to use it much. I used it a few times for A/C while in the Florida Keys, but generally the way the rooftop multispeed Dometic Vantastic fan works with the awning style windows - the breeze moves through the living area quite well. Oh, and those windows? The awning style windows allow you to have a breeze blowing through no matter how hard it's raining. I was quite comfortable in downpours when I could see other folks across the parking lot with sliding windows in their van sweating it out!

There's a wonderful electrically deployed Fiamma awning with built in LED lighting that creates an outdoor living area when deployed. I've hardly ever used it but it was great when I did! There's also a hot and cold outdoor shower.

The controls for much of the systems (A/C, Generator, Furnace, Vantastic Fan, Mutizone lighting, Sofa/Bed controls, and more) are on 2 large touchscreens that are located in the front and rear of the living area. There's not a bunch of separate controls to clutter things up - there's just these 2 identical touchscreens to control a myriad of items. Really nice!

Other stuff: Beautiful real wood cabinetry. No particle board anywhere. Upper storage cabinets all the way around. A full bank of drawers under the cooktop. 2 large under counter storage areas with double doors on each.

Custom made carpet for the front and back.

Alcoa Aluminum Wheels - Snazzy!

Heavy duty 2" Trailer Hitch

New Smart TV in the living area.

Lagun fully articulating table in the living area. Great for eating, great for office work. Moves completely out of the way when you want to move it - removes completely in 20 seconds.
