This is a unicorn. A Born Free 24 Rear Side Bed with the 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel on a Ford E-450 chassis most of these were built with the gas V10. Finding this engine in a Born Free is extremely rare.
I bought this specifically to build the ultimate 4x4 overland rig for an Alaska to Patagonia expedition. Life had other plans, so Im passing it on.
