This trailer is ready to go with no issues, all it needs to go camping today is someone to take it. Used it for one trip the beginning of May and everything worked as it should.

This thing has storage everywhere, plenty of space, a residential pillow top queen mattress in the front bedroom, separated private bunk house with slide-out for the kids. Opposing slide-outs in the living area making plenty of interior space, outdoor kitchen, propane hookups, bumper mount grill. 20 power awning. Thermal Package. Magnum roof truss system capable of holding 4,500 lbs., Outdoor Shower, Roof Ladder.

If your looking for a trailer to fit everyone and their friends this is it. Overall length is 38 with 33 of interior space and 3 slide-outs theres room for everyone. Easily sleeps 8. Plenty of tank capcity with 80 gallons of fresh water, 39 gallons of black water tank, and 2 - 35 gallon grey water tanks. (1 for the kitchens, 1 for the Bathroom). 2- 30lb Propane Tanks.

Has the best hitch on the market the ProPride 3P Hitch with 1400lbs bars. This is the ultimate in sway reduction.

All major maintenance items addressed in 2025:
New Goodyear Endurance Tires, all tires including spare replaced. Maybe 1,000 miles on them.
All bearings replaced with timken bearings.

This trailer is used and has a few imperfections as seen in the pictures:
Side skirting mainly on the passenger side has dents and scratches, the awing has a small hole in it, a couple dents in the siding, and the couch has scratches from the dog no holes but she left her mark.

This camper is heavy and long, the only SUV capable of towing this a Ford Excursion no other SUV has the capacity to tow this. Its 8,600 lbs dry with no options, water, or gear. the GVWR(max weight) is 10,950lbs. tongue weight is 875lbs stock, closer to 1,100 lbs. with the pro pride hitch. 80 gallons of water weighs in at 714 lbs. I highly recommend a 3/4 ton or larger truck to pull this.

If your not interested in the ProPride 3P hitch I will remove it and take $1,500 off the price.

If your not interested in the 3000w Renogy Inverter I will remove it and subtracty $500 from the price.
