Classic 27' Lazy Daze RV ready for your summer road trip or use as a guesthouse. Has all the vintage finishes and the best rear bath floor plan, which is hard to find. 3 sleeping areas. The layout is ideal as you walk in with kitchen and dining area for 4 (which also converts to a third sleeping area). Past the kitchen and living area is a large closet area and then the bed ideally located in the rear next to the large view windows and bathroom in the back. Engine was rebuilt ($7,000) and has a few thousand miles on it. Hardwood floors were added throughout. Renogy Solar kit installed ($3k). I traveled cross country with this RV in 2019 and it was an amazing ride and everything worked perfectly. In 2020 I rebuilt the engine, added hardwood floors, installed a Renogy solar kit and put new tires, brakes and was getting ready to travel again in 2020 but that never happened. It was stored in an outdoor yard in NortherCal for about 5 years and made its way back to LA last year and has been stored in El Segundo. Needs: Keyed engine needs to be replaced (someone tried to steal it awhile back), hood is having trouble opening (not sure why), does not have current smog, plastic flaps for little skylights needed.
