** Purchased over $1700 worth of essential gear ( $ 1300 [reduced from $1500: 07/02/26] ALL RECEIPTS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW ). Includes: Surge protector, spare tire, 12 ft. Lippert ladder [bracket mounted on stern], bearing repack job, bearing kit, 12V fuse kit, vent covers [2}, Tongue ball receiver lock, potable water hose & filter, propane tank gauge, battery disconnect switch, spare RV keys, full cover for storage, wood blocking for bow & stern, rubber wheel chocks [2], etc, etc. (I.e., approximately 33 essential RV items dependent on how "geared up" you wish to be). Buyer can decide on desired gear to purchase

** MOST of the unit's equipment and appliances are UNUSED (i.e., NEW). Including: Stove, water system (except to winterize), water heater, furnace, AC, toilet, sink. propane system. A review of all equipment and its condition will justify the asking price.

** You can purchase this unit and buy everything you need to "hit the road." Including dishes, eating & cooking utensils, pots & pans, "house" accessories, etc FROM ME at the same time--ALL well below retail..

IF it was NOT identical, you would know instantly!

** NOTE: This unit must be sold and I will consider OBRO ("Or Best Reasonable Offer," i.e., Negotiable). We would "separate" the amount for gear / equipment so that sales tax in your state is NOT affected ( again: ALL RECEIPTS available AND provided to buyer).

TOTAL COST NOTE: Trailer = $12,900 (reduced from $13,900: 07/02/26)/ Gear & essential equipment (IF ALL items purchased ) = $1300--you cannot get that deal from a dealership and YOU will HAVE TO BUY MOST OF THAT GEAR ANYWAY, GET IT AT REDUCED PRICES. YOU can choose the gear you desire to reduce the overall price, but based on my experience, you will want it all. IF you are NOT a previous RVer, please ask someone you know that is an RVer and I believe you both will agree! THUS: TOTAL PACKAGE: $12,900 + $1300 = $ 14,200

** WHY am I selling: I am an 80 year old man that wanted to do my "last walk-about." Unfortunately, it did NOT work out. I have owned and lived in RVs (2) for over ten years full time (2005 [retired] through 2015). My age and progressing medical issues have prevented further use of this unit.
