Late 2023 Kingstar Camino/Kruzr truck camper for sale

Camper is built in Michigan, and has the highest truck camper craftsmanship.

The Kruzr line did not exist in late 2023 so this camper is labeled a Camino. However today, it would be sold as a Kruzr (Kingstar will confirm this if you call them) .

A few notes on the diesel aspect :

I can heat the camper with the Truma heater either in Diesel mode or 110v if connected to the grid (or if the inverter is running). Hybrid mode is also available, for a mix of both. For instance, if you have your camper by your house and connected to the power, you can heat the camper without using any diesel.

The stove/cooktop uses diesel to heat. If the glasstop lid is closed down, it becomes a heater for the camper. It is powerful enough to heat the camper on its own. So there is a heating backup in case one of the two systems has a failure.

For cooking only, cooking 3 times a day, 6.5G of diesel will last about 4 months.

In winter, I've camped by 10F night temperature, 35F day temperature and used about 3 gallons in a week, maintaining camper temperature at 72F. The camper is extremely well insulated. If I use both heaters at the same time, the temperature will go up very quickly. With either heater, it's easy to get the temperature to 80F even with low temperatures (for those days you come back from a hike freezing).

The 800W solar allowed me to be off grid for 2 years without needing to connect to the grid. With 2 refrigerators, starlink and computer charging, I generally wake up with the battery at 89% of charge. In winter, I am back at full charge by noon. In summer, by 10am (on sunny days). The extra storage and power is very useful when camping in the shade or for those periods where the weather is bad for several days.

The dry weight of the camper is 3,760lbs. That's without the tower pack and ski lockers. I've never weighted the camper empty, and I have a lot of equipment since this is my home. I do recommend a dually though. It's a long bed camper.

The camper is currently located in Grand Junction, CO where it is stored for winter (I now live in my new self-build camper, I wanted something (even) bigger, with more storage space to carry a foldable sailboat). I can organize a showing for those interested. I can do video tours or show it to you in person. I plan to transition out of this camper and into my new one at the end of september.
