Selling my gently used and near new fifth wheel. This pre covid made unit features 3 slideouts, king size bed, 13 foot garage, 2 happy jack beds, 2 patios, and 3 awnings. Included are 4 tvs (2 are 50") with surround system, Onan 5500 generator with 275 hours, tankless water heater, 200 w solar panel, 2-30 lb propane tanks, 94 gallon water tank, 84 gallon black and grey tanks, 2-30 gallon fuel tanks one for the generator and one for the gas station to fuel your toys and auto leveling system.
Its really fun to bring family and friends as they have an entire area private to themselves in the 13 foot garage with two drop down beds, their own tv and a half bath and a fully enclosed back deck, with its own awning.

While everyone else in the campground is seated on the ground, you'll be lounging on the 10 foot side deck, 3 feet above the ground, under an awning with its large screen tv or on the rear deck. Inside, the 4 seat, heated massage recliner is across from the entertainment center, with a 50" LED tv and fireplace for a cozy evening inside.

Other features are 3 AC units, 1 button push auto leveling, G rated tires, a roof that you can walk on and almost new AGM batteries.

This unit has only been used for mostly 2-3 short ventures yearly and has been stored under cover.
